Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages with a "Delivered Status" from your postal service. Please file a claim with the carrier responsible for delivering your package.

If you are worried about your package being lost, stolen or damaged feel free to message us to get your packaged insured before
its shipped out.
This must be done within 24 hrs after placing your order.
We suggest paying for package insurance for all orders over $100.
